These Terms govern your use of Zorpy Blaster: Space Shooter (the “App”) operated by Mobidns. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or your country’s minimum age). By using it you confirm you meet this requirement, or that a parent/guardian consents on your behalf.
2. Your account
- An account is created with a random device ID and a nickname you choose. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You may optionally link a Google account to restore your account on another device.
- Choose an appropriate nickname. We may change or reset nicknames that are offensive, infringing, or impersonating.
3. Virtual items and currency
- The App includes virtual currency (“Diamonds”) and virtual items (play tickets, buffs, ship skins, time-limited equipment).
- Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything outside the App, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- We grant you a limited, personal, revocable license to use them. We may add, change, balance, or remove items and features to operate the service.
4. Purchases, delivery and refunds
When you purchase an item with Diamonds, it is not added immediately — it is sent to your in-app Mailbox and granted only when you tap “Claim”. If you purchased by mistake, do not claim it: leave it in the Mailbox and contact us immediately via Inquiry to request a refund. Once you claim (receive) an item, the purchase is considered used and a refund may no longer be possible.
- Diamonds may be obtained via optional rewarded ads, free daily/periodic rewards, referrals, or (where available) in-app purchases processed by Google Play.
- By tapping “Claim”, you agree to receive that item and acknowledge it may be non-refundable as a consumed digital item.
- Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, or manipulate scores, rankings, rewards, or the economy.
- Do not reverse engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the App or its servers.
- Do not use the App unlawfully or to harass other players.
We may reset scores, remove items, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Rankings
Weekly rankings are for entertainment. We may adjust or reset rankings and remove entries we believe were obtained through cheating or abuse.
7. Service changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using it and delete your account and data anytime (see Account & Data Deletion).
8. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for loss of virtual items from service changes, account termination for violations, or events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply to you.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
